The Advanced Content Visibility Logic Pro plugin allows you to show or hide Elementor widgets or sections based on various conditions, including: checking if a user is logged in, verifying if the user has a specific meta, the current day, a time range between X and Y, the user’s browser, and many other criteria

Visibility settings only affect the rendering and display of widgets on the front end of the site. While you're in the Elementor editor, you can still see everything and no changes will be made in that section
