With the Contact for Shipping Quote plugin, you can ask your customers to contact you to receive a custom shipping quote based on their shopping cart and shipping address
Once the shipping quote request is submitted, the request will be available in the WooCommerce admin area for the store owner/manager to review and provide the price based on it. The customer can refresh their order total to receive the updated quote and complete their order with the custom shipping cost you provide
